Jurupa Valley is a city in California's Riverside County. It is located just off Eastvale. On March 8, 2011, voters passed a ballot measure, known as Measure A, to incorporate the area into their own town; as a result, since July 1, 2011, the area has been an incorporated community. The city of Jurupa Valley has an estimated population of 108,393, covering approximately 43.5 square miles. Rupa Valley lies north and west of the Santa Ana River, south of the Riverside-San Bernardino County and east of Interstate 15.
