Daly City has anan estimated population of 107.008, is the largest city in San Mateo County, California, United States. Located in the San Francisco Bay Area, and immediately south of San Francisco, it is named in memory of John Donald Daly, a businessman and landowner. The city of Daly is bordered by the towns of San Francisco, Brisbane, Pacifica, South San Francisco and Colma. The town surrounds a number of unincorporated San Mateo County areas. This covers Broadmoor, bordering San Bruno Mountain State Park, the Olympic Club and even Colma unincorporated areas.
